I will be planting two dwarf peach trees this Spring 1999. Approximately how soon should we expect flowers and fruit? Do we pinch off first flowers, or pinch off some flowers that are in a cluster?

You may see some blooming in the second year, depending of course on growing conditions and plant vigor. I would not worry about picking off blooms when they first appear. Just keep your tree healthy and vigorous and it will support some fruit. Most may drop the first year, but that is no cause for concern. By year three, it should set a decent crop. When it does, thin fruit to about 6" apart to keep from overloading the tree.
