The Q&A Archives: Growing Squash Together

Question: Is it possible to plant more than one type of squash per mound?

Answer: It's certainly not traditional, but I don't see why you couldn't as long as they have similar growth patterns. Remember though that you will be thinning them, usually down to just one or two vines per hill, so this may not be as efficient as it seems at first thought.
