| Yes, but not without some risk. Water them well before digging, get as much of the root system as is practical, keep covered and out of sun or wind before planting, re-plant as quickly as you can, and water in well after planting. Some pruning back of the top (maybe 1/3) just prior to digging may also be helpful. |
