What can I do to protect my garden from groundhogs? They eat all my herbs. |
Groundhogs can be very destructive to the garden and are also unpredictable, wild and potentially very dangerous animals. (Their bites are horrible.) The best way to keep them out of the garden is by a wire mesh fence running several feet above ground and buried around the perimeter as well. They can be so dangerous, you might want to consider trapping them for removal. Since trapping can be rather difficult for a homeowner to accomplish, I would suggest you hire a professional to do it for you. |
