Saw the seed sprouting kit advertised in the catalogue.

Does it include everything needed to grow sprouts including directions and growing medium, and are any seeds ok to use for sprouts or are those for sprouting specially treated (or untreated)???

To be on the safe side I would use only seeds labeled for sprouting (Burpee offers five of the most popular types) and thus human consumption. Sprouts are quite easy to produce since all that is required is a bit of water to moisten the seeds, the sprouter maintains the humidity level and they simply sprout in a few days' time and then you eat them. Yum!
