Can you tell me the scientific name for a shrub/tree called Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow? This shrub/tree has beautiful flowers that are purple when they first bloom, but go through stages of lightening, thus the name of the shrub since it contains three colors of purple/lavender on it at the same time. Thanks.

The botanical name of the plant known as 'Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow' is Brunfelsia pauciflora 'Floribunda'. It gets its common name from the quick color change of blossoms; purple (yesterday), lavender (today) and white (tomorrow). The shrub can reach 10' but can be held to about 3' with regular pruning.
