I love to use rosemary when cooking but don't know why my pot of this herb keeps dying. I have it near the window on my kitchen counter. I keep it watered. What am I doing wrong? This is the second plant I've lost!

Rosemary wants to be in the sun and insists on excellent drainage. Unless you window is very bright (sunny is best) your rosemary plants will likely go downhill. Plus, under low light, there is a greater tendency to overwater, as the plants use less than they do in the sun.

You might try letting your plant grow in a container outdoors whenever the weather allows, and then bring it indoors in cool weather or to decorate the kitchen. Let it dry out quite a bit between waterings.
