I recently bought some of your Pepper seeds. The label says "Jalapa" and aji / chile. Are these hot peppers, and if so, how hot on a scale of 1-10, where jalapeno is a 9.

Jalapa is a hybrid Jalapeno that grows 2 1/2" long and 1" wide. It has thick walls and tapers to a blunt tip. It matures to a medium green and then turns red. On a scale of 1-10 where jalapeno is a 9, your Jalapa will also rate a 9.
