Last year, I inherited a garden when I moved. During the summer, I was thrilled to find beautiful pink Sweet Peas in the garden. This Spring, as I went to tidy up the winter mess, the sweet peas were beginning to return! I thought they were annuals? What do you think?

You are in luck! There is a variety of perennial sweet pea and it looks like you have inherited it, especially if it bloomed in the heat of summer and is resprouting from the same spot. You may also find a few seedlings nearby.
