I have a 3 year old peach tree that the branches are turning black and sightly stickey. I cut it off and it comes back. The only spray I used was dormant oil .

Unfortunately, most peach trees need a regular routine of pruning, spraying and rigorous orchard cleanup to stay healthy and produce well. You might wish to contact your County Extension (765-7878) for both a definite identification of the problem and recommended controls, if any, as well as the suggested spray regimen and spray timing for your area this year.
