I started broccoli from seeds and now the seedlings are about 4 inches tall with only 1 set of real leaves. It's April 17th...should I plant the seedlings outside now after hardening off...or do I have to wait for last signs of frost..since not directly sowing seeds in garden?

Broccoli is quite cold tolerant and hardened off transplants can be planted out as early as 5 weeks before the last spring frost.
