Will Jasmine grow in Wisconsin, and should I start with a root or a seed? |
Unfortunately, jasmine is not at all cold or winter hardy so many gardeners grow them in containers and summer them outdoors but bring them in for winter. There are a number of different types of jasmine and they are usually purchased from specialy mail order houses as small plants.
