Kolkwitzia amabilis 'Pink Cloud' is the botanical name of your plant. It has an upright arching, fountain shape, growing 6'-10' in height, flowering best in a site providing full sunshine. The plant should be sheared back to half its size after flowering to keep it neat in appearance. Beautybush is native to Central China and was introduced here in 1901. The Pink Cloud cultivar was first grown here in 1946. Provide average, well-draining soil, water regularly during the growing season, cut it back after flowering, and enjoy!
