If I cut off the flower on garlic, will I get bigger garlic heads? I have also heard that you can also stomp the plants over for bigger heads?

Yes, it's a good idea to cut back the flowers so that all the plant's energy goes into making bulbs. If you've planted alot, leave a few flowers just for fun. They're kind of pretty. As the plant matures, the stalks will burn brown and tip over.

When you say "stomp the plants over" I'm assuming that you mean bend the stalks over. I've never had to knock them over, but I have read that this is a possibility. Wait for the stalks to start turning brown, though. Good luck with your garlic and bon appetit!
