Can termites use Pine Bark Nuggets as an environment in which to breed? Is there any reason to be concerned with using Decorative Pine Bark Nuggets as a ground covering in proximity to a home constructed with wooden elements? What "pests" if any may breed under pine bark products?

Just as with any source of cellulose, mulch can be considered a potentially attractive area for termites and other pests such as earwigs, pillbugs, and the like. You might find the type of information you are looking for at this website copncerning protecting the home from termites and similar pests, particularly the section addressing mulch: http://www.uky.edu/Agriculture...
