My sister recently bought a plant. She has a label, but we are unable to locate any information on it, such as watering, sunlight, planting, etc. Any help would be appreciated. The label says "ctenanthe oppenheimiana tricolor", Apache feather.

Ctenanthe is a member of the Marantacae family and is native to Brazil. Ctenanthe Oppenheimiana 'tricolor', is also known as the 'Never-Never Plant'. It can grow to 3' with leaves 18" long and 5" wide, dark green with cream-colored blotches. Give your plant shade outdoors or brightly lit area indoors. It will thrive with ample moisture during the growing season and prefers rich, well-draining soil. It's a tender plant so plan to take it indoors during the coldest months of the year, providing a minimum of 55F degrees during the wintertime. Mist the leaves frequently (when growing indoors), and remove the flowering stem when the bloom is spent.
