Would this be lavender munstead, true lavender, lavender hidcote, and if none of these, which variety should I look for? It'll be planted in a bed that is shaded by a big oak tree, but gets occasional sun. |
| Sounds like you'd enjoy growing Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas). It's a stocky plant, growing 1 1/2 to 3 feet tall, with dark purple flowers in dense, short spikes.
