Candycorn plant ... have one long, green and viney... little things on it look like candy corn. What is it?

Isn't this an amazing flower! Your plant is a tropical vine, Manettia inflata, often called firecracker vine or candy corn vine. It is often sold as an annual but can be kept as a houseplant and will bloom year-round if it receives enough light during the winter. Enjoy!
