Please tell me the name of the varigated (green and white) leafed hydrangea. The flowers initially emerge as a pale pink. If possible, where may I purchase this shrub?

The plant in question is probably Hydrangea macrophylla 'Tricolor' (sometimes sold as 'Variegata'). It's a lace cap hydrangea with dark green leaves strongly marked with white.
It's not an unusual shrub and you can probably get it locally through Miller Nurseries, Inc., 5060 West Lake Rd., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
