Question: I am dying to start up my urban boxes with flowers. But, I live in Seattle, WA Do you have any suggestions on pretty flowers that I can plant now? I like larkspurs and foxgloves. Veronica Seattle, WA

Answer: A. It's still a bit early to plant because the last average date for frost in your area in between April 20-30. You run the risk of losing your flowers! Wait until after that date and then you can plant whatever you want!
