| Broccoli Raab matures in just 40 days and grows best in early spring. If you planted yours in February it should have been ready for harvest by mid-March or early April. Over-mature Broccoli Raab will be tough and unflavorful. Harvest within 40 days of planting. Adjusting your planting date to late February for a first of April harvest will give you tender leaves and buds. |
