Question: A few days after I planted them, my blueberry seedlings acquired a coppery color on the leaves. Is this normal?

Answer: The tender leaves on your plants are probably just reacting to cold temperatures or intense sunshine. The plants should recover without problem as they become more accustomed to their new homes.
