Snow-On-The-Mountain is Euphorbia, a shrubby plant grown for its distinctively colored foliage of green and red or green and white. Flowers are small and insignificant. Plants grow 18"-24" high and 12"-18" wide. They adapt to a wide range of growing conditions and tolerate poor to average moist soil, and full sunshine.
