I noticed the leaves on some of my bushes are curled and seem stuck together. I noticed a caterpiller, similar to the tent caterpiller, that had eaten off some of the leaves and I destroyed it. I tried uncurling the leaves and they are definitely fastened at some spots.

You may be seeing an infestation of blueberry leaftiers, which could result in symptoms similar to what you are describing. You might wish to take a sample to your County Extension (694-1594) for a definite identification and the most up to date suggested controls in your area.
