What do the eggs of the grape leaf skeletonizer look like? What color are they ? Size ? Are they wrapped in a coccoon like spider web type covering ?

The eggs are small and yellow, found in clumps or patches, not wrapped in a cocoon. They're usually seen on the plant around the beginning of May. I hope you have a good crop of grapes!
