We have a peace lily that up until last year developed beautiful large, pure white blooms. This year the blooms are much smaller and all green, even though the plant has been in the same spot and watered the same for several years. The leaves seem to be smaller as well. Does it have to be repotted? It does get fertilized.

It does sound as if your plant has outgrown its pot. You could either move it to a larger pot or divide it and replant a smaller section into the current size pot. It is also possible that it has simply exhausted the soil it is growing in. You can try to replace some of the existing soil with fresh soil of the same type, but that will just delay the need for repotting for a while.
