The Q&A Archives: Bush Cucumbers

Question: I just planted bush cucumbers for the first time. How big do they get? Do they get vines like the others?

Answer: You can expect the bush cucumber plants to grow 2'-3' tall. The stems are vining, but not to any great lengths. You can provide a small trellis for support, especially if you're growing your bush cucumbers in a container.
