Bababerry raspberries are large and flavorful. It is one of the most heat-tolerant cultivars and the berries develop better flavor in warm climates than in cold climates. In fact, they produce two crops in warm climates, but only one early crop in cold climates. The plants are hardy to -10F. In Portland, you should expect an early crop only, unless you have an unseasonably warm summer.
