I have a dwarf banana tree. Lately it started crying. It has water drops on the leaves and on top where the leaves develop. What is causing this?

Root pressure is causing the water droplets you find. The technical term is guttation. It's a natural process and nothing to be concerned about. It just means that the roots are taking up more water than the plant tissues need and the excess is being pushed out through special pores in the leaf edges.
