Why is it I cannot find "ACE" plants or seeds. I don't mean Ace 55, only the old Ace tomato that was ideal for canning. I really like the flavor and the way they preserve.

Ace was originally developed for the commercial market of the 1950's. However, it was soon adopted by home gardeners who appreciated its tasty balance of sugar and acid plus its superior disease resistance. Tomato varieties, like many garden plants, lose popularity from time to time and are replaced by new offerings. The Ace tomato you like so much is available from: World Seed, 300 Morning Drive, Bakersfield, California 93306
