I have Veronica planted along my driveway and some have yellowing leaves towards the bottom of the plants and they have spots on them. What could cause this and what would be the solution?

There are a couple of fungi that cause leaf spot on veronica. Pick up any fallen leaves, and remove any leaves that are very badly spotted, and dispose of them, as they contain spores that can lead to further spots. Copper fungicides, used as directed, usually can stop these diseases from spreading.
