| Bamboo ginger is the common name for Alpinia Red-Backed Bamboo Ginger plant. It's a foliage plant that usually does not flower indoors. The plant tolerates dry soil as long as it's not so dry it wilts. (If plant wilts it will get tip burn.) It grows well under moderately bright conditions and holds up well in low light. (Lower light levels produce broader leaves.) |
