How deep should "Sugar Snow" sweet corn seed be planted? This question is to settle a bet with world renowned sweet corn grower.

I don't know if I can handle the pressure! The official planting depth of sweet corn is: 1" deep for early plantings and 4" deep for midsummer plantings. Dwarf cultivars should be planted only 1" deep whether early or late plantings are made. Hope this information helps settle your bet!
