Answer: Begonia's are tender plants and can certainly be hurt by cold, wet, windy weather. Even though your plants have taken a beating they should perk right up as soon as the weather warms. Pinch back the bare stems to encourage new growth. In addition to new leaves on the remaining portions of the stems, the roots should produce new stems at the crowns of the plants.
