The Q&A Archives: Idaho Onions

Question: When do I harvest Idaho Onions?

Answer: The rule of thumb for harvesting onions is to pull them when the skins have begun to develop and the tops are falling over. Then be sure to let them cure/dry for a week or so before clipping the tops and storing them.
