My achillea have bloomed nicely. Do I cut off the drying blooms or leave them be? Any guidance would be appreciated.

It isn't necessary to deadhead Achillea, but you can cut the flowering stems down to help keep the plant looking tidy. You can use the flowers for dried flower arrangements if you cut them stems as soon as the flowers are fully opened and hang them upside down to dry. Achillea will bloom continuously from spring through autumn and the foliage can be cut down to soil level at the end of the season.
