What is blue star creeper and does it grow in Pennsylvania?

Blue Star Creeper (Laurentia fluviatilis) is a very pretty, long-blooming, blue-flowered, creeping perennial. It is sometimes used as a groundcover for spots in either sun or shade. Unfortunately it is not hardy north of zone 7.
