| Rumor has it that Bird's Eye peppers are hotter than Habanero peppers! The seeds are difficult to germinate and the peppers take 120 days to mature. You may be running out of enough warm summer weather to plant now. Save the seeds by placing them in an airtight container and storing in a cool, dark location until next spring. Then sow the seeds in spring, as soon as the weather begins to warm. Your Bird's Eye peppers should be ready to harvest by mid-summer. Enjoy! |
