Question: We live in Utah County, Utah and have a vegetble garden space approximately 20' by 30'. I need help on knowing what to plant and when to make a three season garden. Any suggestions on varieties of plants and planting times to make most efficient use of my space in our regioin? Kevin Call Orem, UT

Answer: You can plant many different types of vegetables starting now such as arugula and peas and continuing into the summer with crops such as tomatoes and peppers so you can be harvesting from June to November. For the best recommednations in your are contact your local Cooperative Extension Office (468-3183).
