A friend of mine has asked if I have a recipe for "Stuffed Kuta Squash." I've never heard of Kuta squash and can find no reference to it in any of the books I have nor online. Have you any idea what this squash could be? Could it be known by another name, perhaps?

Kuta is an entirely different squash, equally tasty eaten raw, steamed or baked. The hybrid Kuta combines the uses of summer and winter squashes. Seeds are available from Park Seed Company.

Thanks for asking the question. I have one growing in my garden and wondered what it is. It has lots of squash on the vine and I have to keep pushing it away from other vegs because it really grows large.
