| A friend of mine has asked if I have a recipe for "Stuffed Kuta Squash." I've never heard of Kuta squash and can find no reference to it in any of the books I have nor online. Have you any idea what this squash could be? Could it be known by another name, perhaps? |

| Thanks for asking the question. I have one growing in my garden and wondered what it is. It has lots of squash on the vine and I have to keep pushing it away from other vegs because it really grows large. |
