Question: We have just harvested many Chinese Turnips-how long can they be stored before cooking?

Answer: Turnips can be stored in the refrigerator for about one week. For longterm storage, keep at 32- 40F degrees with 90 to 98% humidity. They will keep for 4-6 months under those conditions.
