I have a flower that I would like the name of. In the beginning of the season, it comes up in a small cluster of leaves that are fuzzy and light green. The leaves look like a Lambs Wool plant but the leaves are not as long. Mid June it shoots up long stems the same color as the leaves. When it blooms, small four pedal fushia flowers come at the end of the stem. The flower looks like a small impatient. If I dead head the dead blooms, the blooming season will last to approximately to the begining of August. I have a pictures if needed.

I think you are describing Lychnis coronaria, also known as Rose Campion.
