I have a low wooden deck for a hot tub with a perennial garden on 2 sides. In real hot weather I get a strong smell of urine from under the deck. Rabbits have nested there and I have put up fencing to keep them out in the future. What is a good way to get rid of the odor? I have pulled up sections of the deck and spread lime with little success, I have also checked for dead animals and found none. Cooler weather lessens the odor.

Sinc ethe lime didn't work, I suspect some section of the deck has somehow become urine soaked, perhaps by a dog or cat marking their territory against the bunnies. You might try soaking the deck with one of the enzyme-based odor eliminators found at pet stores, and then perhaps try one of the animal repellents such as GetAway (carried by Burpee 800-888-1447) to keep them from coming back. Also, make sure your fencing is secure.
