| I would like to know if the berries on my lily-of-the-valley are toxic. The attractive stalks would look nice on the dried herb wreaths I am making for gifts, but I don't want to use them if they are poisonous. |
| All parts of the lily-of-the-valley plant are poisonous, including water that the cut flowers might stand in! So despite their attractive color and texture, I wouldn't put them on an herb wreath. |
