I have planted Armenian Yard Long cucumbers along side a burpless variety (I do not know specific type). The burpless look and taste normal but the Armenian are a pale green in color and do not seem to ripen, although they are growing quite long. Both types are in the same soil with the same exposure to sun. What could be the problem?

There may be nothing wrong. The Armenian cucumbers take longer to ripen than most other cucumber varieties -- Some of the "burpless" types take only 55 to 60 days but the Armenian matures at 70. With a little patience yours should be ready soon.
