I have begun harvesting fruit from my tomatores yet now they are becoming covered with a fine mold or white fuzz top and bottom. Would this likely be a mildew or a mold and how might I treat it?

I assume here that you are seeing the white stuff on the vines and not on the fruits. This is probably a sign of "late blight" and unfortunately infected plants should be removed and destroyed. Before you do that, though, you might want to check with your County Extension for an absolute diagnosis. Their telephone number is 566-0673.
