I planted giant sunflowers and the flower heads were very small and the seeds were tiny. What can I do to make then grow bigger and better?

Sunflowers do best in a relatively light, well-drained, moderately rich soil with full sunshine. If you are looking for the giant flower heads make sure to grow a variety specifically intended for that such as Mammoth. (Burpee 800-888-1447 offers a number of sunflowers bith those for seed and those for cut flowers.)
