I have a Yesterday,Today and Tomorrow plant in the yard. The plant is in full sun for much of the day. I read that it should be protected from full sun. How do I go about transplanting it? It's been there a number of years. (It doesn't look so good - which is why I want to transplant it). |
Brunfelsias grow best in partial afternoon shade so moving yours will probably help it thrive. Provide rich, loose, well-draining soil in its new site, and transplant during the dormant season. If your plant traditionally loses its leaves, that's the time to dig and transplant. If your winter weather is warm, the plant may not lose leaves, but will rest during the winter months anyway. Transplant December-January. |
