I have an Aglaonema that is showing a white like flower on top.....can you tell me what this is and what I can do?

Based on your description it sounds like your plant is happy and blooming! Enjoy the display until the flower begins to fade, then snip its stem off at the base. If you find the "bloom" unattractive, remove it earlier. Enjoy!
