| These plants are used as cool season bedding plants because they grow well in cool weather. (They fail in heat.) They like a rich soil that is moist but well drained (meaning not soggy) and do well in full sun. You might want to keep an eye out for caterpillars, but apart form that these are pretty trouble-free and great for cool season color in the garden! |
